Using a Telephone
Most families have long distance service at home, particularly since many new national and international telephone companies offer customers increasingly competitive rates. As in many other countries, the use of the cell phone has dramatically risen. Pay telephones are easy to find and mostly operated by phone cards which one can buy at tobacco stores, newsstands and the post office. Public telephones at the post office enable customers to make international calls for a fee or national calls with the use of a phone card.
