In the pharmacy, one must ask for everything; there is no self-service. The pharmacist may even assist the customer in diagnosing him/herself in order to find the right medicine. A doctor's prescription can also be filled by most pharmacies. Nothing is restricted in terms of drugs, so it would be perfectly natural to walk into a pharmacy and ask the pharmacist for medication for malaria. The pharmacists know the standard dosages and hand them out. Generally speaking, prices for medicine are reasonable.
