Post Office

The post office provides mail and money exchange service; however, one is not advised to send valuables by mail. Post offices are closed on Saturdays and Sundays. It is not possible to purchase postage using a credit card or check. For travelers or students, it is most convenient to open a temporary post office box or arrange to have one’s mail held at the post office, a service called Poste Restante.
