Recycling and Trash

Recycling and reuse is part of Pakistani life. A guy with a cart usually makes his way through residential areas picking up and paying for reusables such as paper, plastics, bottles, cans, metal and second hand merchandise. Non-resuable trash is disposed at large dumps which exist in every neighborhood.
There are few public trash cans. People tend to throw trash on the ground. To avoid being a litterbug carry a small bag for personal trash and dispose of it at the end of the day.
