An eggplant salad

Eggplant salad and stuffed grape leaves are two specialty dishes in the Turkish cuisine. The presenter in the first video shows how to roast eggplants over the gas flame on a stove. After roasting them, she takes the skin off the eggplants and mixes them up with lemon juice, garlic, and olive oil. The finished salad is garnished with black olives. The presenter in the second video is explaining how the ingredients are prepared for the stuffing: rice, onions, olive oil and spices. Then she explains how the grape leaves are stuffed with these ingredients and cooked together with lemon slices.
