The Post Office

A person walking into a post office

Not only is the post office a place for mailing letters and packages but also for making telephone calls and paying bills. Available telephones allow customers to make long distance and international calls, which are paid for after the call has ended. Utility and mortgage payments can be made at the post office or to the postal agent the day that the bill is delivered. As with all other bills, payment is in cash. The post office, in certain cases, will also deliver paychecks and pension checks to an employee’s home.
