Turkish in Turkey

Laundry

A line of red washing machines in a laundromat

It is becoming more convenient to do laundry in Turkey. Hotels will do the guests' laundry, and occasionally laundromats are also available in large cities. There are two kinds of public laundry, one in which the client gives laundry to an attendant and another where the client buys tokens from the cashier and does it himself. In both cases the price is per load, and detergent and softener are included in the price. Clerks will help with token operation if necessary.
